Eye-Antigen-Specific T Cell Responses in Uveitis

Dr. Paley is working to understand why rheumatology patients get eye inflammation and what that can teach us about what’s going on in other organs.

Dr. Paley says the most common questions he gets from patients are why and how they got their autoimmune disease and whether or not their children will get it.

“I hope that the work we’re doing together will help answer those questions for those patients so that we can target the disease earlier in the disease process.”
